Antique Baby Doll. Has marks K R 28, as well as a star in between the K and R. The number 28 is above the star. Good antique condition. Has slight odor from age. Seems to be bisque/ porcelain head, with different material for body. Dress is in good condition but has stains and holes. According to doll reference, doll could possibly be a Kammer and Reinhardt doll. I am unsure if this is accurate and cannot guarantee manufacturer as I am not familiar with doll markings.
